If you come to PCB, you must come to the Shrimp Basket and if you're lucky, ask for Tammy. She's such a great server and goes above and beyond no matter how busy they are or how stressed she is, she is so great. I appreciate that they offer a steamed basket with corn, potatoes, steamed shrimp, and coleslaw. It's delicious!
Every time we visit Panama City Beach we always eat here. The food is so amazing and the service is awesome and the surroundings are also. They make you feel like they've always known you.
We feel that FRESH seafood has a particular taste and texture, and the seafood at Shrimp Basket has it! Pro tip: add the house hot sauce to taste to the cocktail sauce- delicious! Our server, Tammy, took great care of us and we showed our appreciation when the bill came around. About the bill: We had about as much food and drink as at another popular seafood place in PCB for a much lower price. Fresher seafood at a better price... how can you beat that? Wow. We tried eating here before but my wife was not impressed. She did not have many options that she liked on the menu. But today, wow. I decided to have my wife try them one more time and this time they knocked it out of the park. The shrimp basket was delicious and very filling. We also had a side order of flounder and let me tell you, it was probably the best tasting fish I've ever had, besides my grandmother's fish . We did not eat at the restaurant this time, but the staff was very helpful with picking up my order. The atmosphere is very relaxed and nice. It's almost like dining at grandmas, We will define be eating here again. This is one place you must stop in at if you're looking for great food and great people.
Service was top notch. Oysters were good, not the best but good price. I wouldn't get the fried crab claws again. The boil for one was flavorful and spicy. Bloody Mary was decked out and delicious.
